Bar Sculpt: Begins with a warm-up and light weight work out in the center of the floor. The class then moves to the ballet bar focusing first on the thighs and seat then moving to under the bar for waist, hip and outer thigh work. The class finishes with abdominal work in the center of the room. A stretching section follows each strengthening session in order to prevent bulk while creating strong, long and lean muscles and increasing range of motion.

      - Utilizes mats, weights, bands and ballet bar to create a strong, toned and graceful body.

- Ideal and challenginng for all fitness levels

- Improves muscle tone while burning calories

     Inspired by the Lotte Berk Method - Bar Sculpt classes are best described as Pilates evolved; allowing both men and women to find more ease in movement, coordination and flexibility. Bar Sculpt brings together the disciplines of Pilates, Yoga and sports conditioning into one system targeting specific problem areas such as seat, abdominals, arms and thighs.
